Why we started
We came from application development: web platforms, mobile apps and custom enterprise systems. Across clients, we saw the same thing. Businesses were spending more time managing software than serving customers. A CRM that didn't talk to the chatbot. An email tool that didn't know who had called. Leads arriving on WhatsApp at night and getting a reply the next afternoon.
So we built what we wanted to use ourselves: one CRM at the center, with AI agents on every channel doing the repetitive work, while people handle the conversations that need a person.
Today we run two practices. The Rovix Platform gets businesses live with AI agents in days. Rovix Studio builds custom AI, CRMs and apps when a business needs something of its own.
